Look no further! The Redbridge Cycling Club has been based in this area since 1972 and we welcome new members. We are now based and are working in partnership with Redbridge Cycling Centre at Hog Hill in Hainault.

THE NEXT CLUB NIGHTS ARE
REDBRIDGE CYCLING CENTRE HOG HILL,
MONDAY 24th June 2013 at 7.30 pm. Training on the circuit. 7.30pm sharp until dusk. Bring your bike.
TUESDAY 2nd July 2013 at 9.00 pm: Social evening at North Weald Village Hall (After the club 10 mile evening time trial)
We run Sunday Club Rides and short runs on
weekday evenings in the summer months for social cycling and competitive training. We have a comprehensive Club Time Trial programme providing events from early March to mid-October at varying distances.
The Club promotes Social events and an Annual Dinner, Dance and Prize Presentations in February. Membership details can be found HERE!
Next Club Ride
23rd June 2013 start time 9.15 am from Redbridge Cycling Centre. Social Ride: Through Debden and Loughton to Waltham Abbey and The Apollo Café, Sun Street. Return via Upshire and Epping. Arrive back Redbridge Cycling Centre approximately 1.30 pm Distance approximately 35 miles.
All-Day Ride. There will be an opportunity for those wishing to carry on from Waltham Abbey for an all-day ride, into Hertfordshire. Probable route Newgate Street, Bayford, bypassing Hertford and Ware on their north sides, returning to Redbridge via Barwick Ford, Sawbridgeworth, Sheering, Moreton and TootHill. (Approximate distance 75 – 80 miles)
Non-Stop Ride. Leave Redbridge Cycling Centre 9.30 am. Approximate Distance 40 miles. Arrive back Redbridge cycling Centre approximately 12.30.
Summer Evening Ten Mile Time Trial Series. STOP PRESS Tuesday 11th June. First two evening 10 time trials on 11th and 18th June cancelled due to road works and temporary traffic lights on the course (A water main is being installed on the ascent up to Theydon Mount, the work is due to be completed in two weeks time). Course E25 (Hobbs Cross and Theydon Mount, start and finish near Hobbs Cross 3 miles north of Abridge) Click on Time Trial Courses for exact details of the E25 course. Tuesday evenings 25th June, 2nd July, 9th July and 16th July. First rider off 7.30 pm Ideal for those training for sportive and charity events: see how long it will take you to ride ten miles. Free teas, coffees and cakes afterwards. The events will be fully marshalled.
