Look no further! The Redbridge Cycling Club has been based in this area since 1972 and we welcome new members. We are now based and are working in partnership with Redbridge Cycling Centre at Hog Hill in Hainault.

Bronze Ride. Apollo Cafe, Waltham Abbey via Hook Lane, Passingford Bridge, A113, Berwick Lane, Toot Hill, Banks Lane, Fiddlers Hamlet, Ivy Chimneys, Bell Common, B1393, Upshire, Waltham Abbey. Return via the cycle route across the Gunpowder Park, then up Mott Street Hill to High Beech, Theydon Bois, Abridge, Hoe Lane 34 miles.
Silver Ride. The Shed Coffee Bar, Sawbridgeworth (Near the railway station) via Hook Lane, Passingford Bridge, A113, Ongar, Moreton, Little Laver, White Roding, Taverners Green, South edge of Hatfield Forest, Woodside Green, Little Hallingbury, Sawbridgeworth (The Shed Coffee Bar near railway station). Return via Sheering, Newman’s Green, Matching Church, Matching Green, High Laver, Tilegate Road, Mill Lane, Moreton, Bobbingworth, Toot Hill, Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney, Passingford Bridge, Hook Lane, Redbridge. 54 miles.
Gold Ride. Non stop ride ride around mid-Essex. 45 – 50 miles
Saturday Morning Mountain Bike Rides in Epping Forest
Meet at the north end of Buckhurst Hill High Street (A121) adjacent the cricket pitch, which if travelling north towards Loughton is on your left after passing the Hawsted turning and immediately before the road begins to drop down a fairly steep hill and two 40mph sign posts. (post code IG9 5SS). Parking available.
Leave 9.00am sharp. 2 – 2 1/2 hours Steady riding mainly on bridle paths and tracks. No ‘mad downhilling’. All riders are expected to wear hard shell helmets.
