Look no further! The Redbridge Cycling Club has been based in this area since 1972 and  we welcome new members. We are now based and are working in partnership with Redbridge Cycling Centre at Hog Hill in Hainault.

Tuesday 16th September.  Club Social at North Weald Village Hall, 8.30pm onwards.
Monday 22nd September. Redbridge Cycle Centre 6.30 pm – 10.00pm. Group riding training 6.30 – 7.45 pm, followed by a presentation on ’Pedalling to Peak Performance’  given by Tony Harvey  BSc Hons in Sport Fitness and Coaching, Freelance Cycling Development Consultant, British Cycling Coach and National Standards Qualified Cycle Instructor.

Saturday LADIES ONLY RIDE, 27th September 09.15. Members and non members welcome
20/25 miles round trip to Norpar Barns with cafe stop half way… all abilities welcome.     For more details contact alliwood73@gmail.com

GROUP RIDING, Road circuit or Mountain Bike Circuit – your choice.  Monday 8th September 18.30 – 19.45. Redbridge Cycling Centre Circuit.
RAtherton2We have weekly Sunday Social Rides all year and a 40 mile Saturday morning Training ride. We have a comprehensive Club Time Trial programme providing events from early March to mid-October at varying distances. There is also a Mountain Bike Ride through Epping Forest every Saturday morning.

The Club promotes Social events and an Annual Dinner, Dance and Prize Presentations in February. Membership details can be found HERE!  

Sunday 28th September. Club 2-up 10 mile team time trial (TTT)  Course E91/10 (Leaden Roding to Dunmow and back on the B 184.  Start 09.30. Entries to Tom Moore, organiser at membership@redbridgecyclingclub.co.uk by Wednesday 10th September.
Ride to the Start of the Club 2-up 10 TTT.  Meet at The Maypole Pub, Lambourne Road, 7.00 am sharp. Ideal for those wishing to get a good warm up before riding in the club 10.  The route is Hook Lane, Passingford bridge, A113, Ongar, B184 to Leaden Roding.

Bronze Ride. Meet Redbridge Cycling Centre 09.00 for 09.15 departure. Short ride to Cooks Mill Green, The Bake House  (by the Fox and Goose Pub on A 414). Approx. 40 miles. Return RCC 13.30.
Silver Ride.  Meet Redbridge Cycling Centre 09.00 for 09.15 departure. Long ride to Cooks Mill Green, The Bake House (by the Fox and Goose Pub on A414). Approx. 55 miles.  Return RCC 14.30.

Saturday Morning Mountain Bike Rides in Epping Forest
Meet at the north end of Buckhurst Hill High Street (A121) adjacent the cricket pitch, which if travelling north towards Loughton is on your left after passing the Hawsted turning and immediately before the road begins to drop down a fairly steep hill and two 40mph sign posts. (post code IG9 5SS). Parking available.
Leave 9.00am sharp. 2 – 2 1/2 hours Steady riding mainly on bridle paths and tracks. No ‘mad downhilling’. All riders are expected to wear hard shell helmets.
